This degree programme is conducted as adult training to persons who already have a degree in health care or social services. Training can be carried out in a multiform learning environment either as a whole-time student or alongside regular work. The degree programme is composed of the following studies: theoretical basics of rehabilitation, service systems and legislation, estimation of the need for rehabilitation and its planning,   diverse perspectives of rehabilitation guidance, cooperation, leadership and R&D activities. The graduates from this programme qualify as professionals in the tasks of rehabilitation guidance and planning in public, private and third sector workplaces, in the fields of social insurance and as private entrepreneurs.
