Application period to SAMK is ongoing

The application period to the degree programmes taught in English at SAMK is now open and ends on 15 February 2023. There are in total eight different Bachelor´s degree programmes and three Master´s degree programmes available.

It is possible to complete studies in English in the following full-time Bachelor’s degree programmes: Artificial Intelligence, Logistics, Mechatronics, Physiotherapy, Nursing, International Tourism Management, International Business ja Sea Captain.

The following Master’s degree programmes are also available: Sustainable Business Management, Maritime Management and Maritime Logistics Management. All of these are completely new or renewed.

– International degree programmes are very popular. Therefore, SAMK offers a wide range of them in different fields. In Autumn there were more than 6000 applicants for January 2023 intake. Many programmes start in both autumn and spring, so that international students can catch up with their studies without delay, even if their move to Pori or Rauma is delayed, says Vice President for Education Timo Mattila.

The application period ends on 15 February 2023 at 3:00 p.m. (Finnish time, EET). All the degree programmes that can now be applied to will start in August-September 2023. The application takes place at studyinfo.fi.

Growth continues – A record number of students graduated from SAMK again in 2025
