SAMK is an international University of Applied Sciences.
For us, internationalisation is a strategic key element but also an every day thing!

Three Bachelor’s Degree Programmes in English means tens of new international degree students in Pori and Rauma every year.
Incoming exchange students internationalise the campuses
- more than 100 incoming exchange students in the campuses in Rauma, Pori and Kankaanpää every year
- most exchange students come from Europe, several from Russia, China, USA and Mexico as well
Faculty exchanges increase every year
- tens of international teachers in the campuses yearly
- tens of SAMK teachers participate in teacher exchanges yearly to keep up with the current trends in their field and to improve their skills to teach in a foreign language
