Specialization options: Nursing 210 ECTS credits and Public Health Nursing 240 ECTS credits

This programme gives the student high proficiency in overall management of health care and tools to promote the health of people of various ages. Training in communications and cooperation is a significant part of this programme. The student also learns to research and develop various health care issues. The programme aims at the graduation of highly ethical health care professionals, with both independent and multi-professional team skills. The training includes actual work-related projects, virtual studies, guided on-the-job training and international connections. The graduates from the programme qualify as health care professionals in hospitals, health centres, social services, child welfare clinics and occupational health services. This training also creates excellent prerequisites for establishing one’s own enterprise.
