Application period to SAMK started ─ Mechatronics in English available for the first time

The application period to the degree programmes taught in English at SAMK ends on 31 March 2021.

In March, you can apply to SAMK to study in degree programmes taught in English. We have to offer six full-time study Bachelor´s degree programmes, two Bachelor´s degree programmes taught mostly online as distant studies, and one Master´s degree programme studied alongside work.

This spring you can apply for the first time to the degree programme in Mechatronics taught in English. Mechatronics education provides the student with in-depth knowledge of the structures of the equipment and systems that form an essential part of our modern life.

The entrance examinations of Bachelor´s degree programmes are arranged as follows: the degree programme in Nursing has a two-part online exam, and Industrial Management and Logistics degree programmes implemented as distant studies have an online entrance exam course as an entrance requirement. Students to other Bachelor´s degree programmes are selected based on their school certificates. An online entrance exam course is arranged to Master´s degree programme Welfare Technology.

There are 275 intake places to Bachelor´s degree programmes and 30 to Master´s degree programme next autumn. All the degree programmes that can now be applied to will start in August – September 2021.
