

The Online Nordic Pathway is a program jointly organized by Finnish Consortium consisting of Centria, VAMK, SAMK Universities of Applied Sciences. The program is targeted at students in Morocco and the UAE who want to study a Bachelor’s degree program in English at Centria, VAMK or SAMK.
This online pathway is marketed in Morocco and the UAE. You will study the first 5 months in your home country (Morocco/UAE) online and the remaining degree studies in Finland. All the courses are taught by highly skilled Finnish university of applied sciences teachers.
NB! When applying for the pathway, the applicant already applies to a certain university and degree. This choice cannot be modified afterward.

Fill in the application form during the admission period. Attach your educational certificates and a copy of your passport on the application form.

Applicants who have completed upper secondary education or secondary vocational education and the completed qualification gives eligibility to apply for higher education in country in question:
Applicants are admitted to pathway on first come, first served basis during the application period.
The minimum intake to start pathway is 30 applicants.
The maximum intake: 45-60 applicants who meet the eligibility criteria. Each UAS provides at least fifteen (15) study places for admission for the students who have completed in the Online Nordic Pathway Program required amount of ECTS credits. The study places for the next phases will be agreed later on.
Application targets for each UAS are mentioned in the application form.
If the intake is not full by the end of 31 October 2024, application round can be extended by two weeks, until 15 November 2024 15.00.

Each UAS arranges separate application by its own in March 2025 at Studyinfo.fi and offers conditional acceptance for enrolled pathway applicants.
Acceptance to degree studies in Centria, VAMK and SAMK to autumn 2025 intake is conditional, until 29 ECTS pathway is fully completed and applicant has provided a valid English language certificate to His/Her destination UAS (list of accepted language tests below).
29 ECTS pathway must be completed latest by 30 June 2025.
English language certificate must be provided latest by 30 June 2025.
If studies are not completed latest by 30 June 2025 and/or applicant fails to provide English language certificate, admission will be rejected.

Required documents for Separate Application
The pathway will include studies in English language, Mathematics and Finnish language and culture. Each course is from 3-5 ECTS credits, altogether pathway studies are 29 ECTS. 1 ECTS is 27 hours of studywork.
