Tuition fees and scholarships

Remember to pay the tuition fee and apply for scholarships

Students enrolled at SAMK who are nationals of non-EU/EEA countries are required to pay an annual tuition fee. SAMK offers a scholarship programme for students who are liable to pay tuition fees.

Students who are nationals of countries outside the EU/EEA and Switzerland are required to pay a tuition fee for each academic year. The fees vary between 9,500€ – 10,500€ depending on the chosen programme. Programme-specific tuition fees are listed in the section “How much is the tuition fee?”.

These fees apply to both Bachelor’s and Master’s degree programmes taught in English.

Please ensure that you have sufficient funds for covering your tuition fees and living expenses for the entire duration of your studies.

The scholarships are to be applied only after the studies have started (excluding the early bird discount).

To be eligible to apply for the scholarships offered by SAMK, you must be liable to pay tuition fees and be enrolled as present. If you are not liable to pay tuition fees or you have been exempted from paying tuition fees, you cannot be granted any of the following scholarships.

Additional information on tuition fees

The scholarships during the studies cannot be granted to a student who has been guilty of deception or otherwise breached the order of the UAS, and has been given a warning by the president as provided in the UAS Act (932/2014).
