Instructions
You can make a request for documents related to studying using an e-formlaunch. Requests submitted through this form are automatically forwarded to the responsible department.
The following information is needed for the email or form:
- your whole name
- possible earlier surname while studying
- date of birth
- address
- telephone and email address
- institute and unit of graduation or leaving
- degree programme
- day of graduation or leaving
- requested document
- possible additional information
Payment of documents
Certified copies of original documents (such as a degree certificate) are free of charge and will be sent to you by email.
New degree certificates are subject to a fee and will be sent by cash on delivery to your nearest post office.
Time of delivery
The documents will be delivered in 2-3 weeks time from the request. During the holiday season, the time of delivery may be 4–8 weeks. If the delivery is urgent, mention that on the e-form.
