Electronic information management environments

WinhaWille

SAMK uses WinhaPro student administration system. Students can access to the system with the web based WinhaWille connection. Through the connection student can update his/her address and personal e-mail information, enroll to the courses and examinations, follow his/her evaluation and take care of enrollment for the next academic year, which is done between May-August. New students (only starting their degree program) have been enrolled already when they have accepted the study place.

Signing in the WinhaWille is done with the Winha identification, where the user account is a student number and the password will be given from the Student Application Services. After signing in three times incorrectly the Winha indentification will be locked. The lock will be opened automatically after 24 hours and it can also be opened at the Student Application Services. When signing out Wille, use always link “End” and empty the browser’s cache memory.

Winha identification will stop working on the day of graduation or resigning.
