Business Cooperation by Students

During the last eight years we have focused on cooperation with enterprises and communities in the surrounding region. This cooperation evolves the know-how and competence of the students, staff and enterprises. The basis for the cooperation is professionally implemented student projects.

In the business projects the student can concentrate on reaching the goals of the relevant project. This is made possible through our business cooperation process. In the different stages of the process the student encounters the challenges of intrapreneurship: initiative and ambition, creativity and inventiveness, active and positive attitude, willingness to work and to succeed, determination, responsibility and knowledge of behaviour, manners and customs.

Our students’ research and development activities are in accordance with our operational principles and can be crystallized in the slogan “Good Business is not our Business”. The guidelines for our business cooperation are:

1. Small companies are as valuable partners as big companies.

2. Implementation of the projects is carried out by the students under the supervision of the teaching staff making the projects into learning processes for the students.

3. Our operations may not compete with the small and medium-sized enterprises in this region.
