Application for English Degree Programmes at SAMK is ongoing

Centralized application for degree programmes in English starting in autumn 2017 is from 10 to 25 January 2017. You can apply for six degree programmes leading to a Bachelor’s degree at Satakunta University of Applied Sciences (SAMK).

This is the first time you can study for an engineer in the Degree Programmes in Industrial Management and Logistics and a nurse in English. In addition, SAMK has two well established degree programmes in English. International Business and Physiotherapy have been provided in English already for a long time.

In addition, insome degree programmes part of the tuition is in English. For example, it is natural to study Maritime Management in English, because seafaring is an international field and English is the common language used at work.

Industrial Management and Logistics are exceptional degree programmes in that sense that most of the studies take place online. Degree Programme in International Business and Sea Captain’s Degree Programme are provided in Rauma and Degree Programme in Physiotherapy in Pori.

SAMK has over 400 degree students who study in English. They come from 40 different countries.
