The Personal Data Act requires register descriptions. They contain information about the registrar and the purpose of the register, for example.
As registrars collect personal information, they must ensure that the registered people are able to access information about the registrar, the purpose of the processing of personal information and where this information is regularly transferred. (Personal Data Act, April 22, 1999/523, Section 24)
