The target of this programme is to produce new type of experts with special knowledge of health promotion and qualifications for various leadership and development tasks. The student acquires in-depth knowledge of research projects and is able to strengthen skills in starting and leading development projects for working life. The curriculum consists of the following issues: health promotion among population, studying the effects of health promotion, anticipation of possible health risks, new working methods and service innovations. The studies and thesis are closely integrated with real working life and its development. The graduates from this programme qualify as professionals with profound knowledge of a certain field, as supervisors, in various development tasks and as independent entrepreneurs. In this programme it is also possible to deepen and develop one’s professional knowledge in occupational health care. A part of the studies is carried out in virtual surroundings, supported by a couple of school days per month.
