Quality System

Customer satisfaction and efficient operation of processes are guaranteed by the quality assurance system that covers all activities of SAMK. The quality assurance system supports and steers all the functions and actors of our organisation. It includes the instructions, rules, procedures and agreements that are made to achieve the operational targets.

 SAMK passed the quality system audit by the Finnish Higher Education Evaluation Council in 2009.
