Dear alumnus or alumna graduated from SAMK,

 Do remember to leave your contact details into our alumni register. Registration also gives you a great possibility to get in touch with your former classmates and hear about their current life.

 In connection with registration you can order our Agora magazine which is free-of-charge to all our alumni. Agora is bilingual, published in both Finnish and English. You can contribute to the contents of Agora by sending your current news to address  

ALUMNI RELATIONS ARE IMPORTANT TO SAMK

Our alumni activities aim at increasing mutual interaction and communications with our alumni. This way we wish to boost the eagerness of SAMK alumni to participate in the development of our university. We for our part offer further education to alumni.

The goals of SAMK alumni activities are

• to coach SAMK students to become active alumni already during studies
• to establish permanent relationships between alumni and SAMK
• to increase the social influence of SAMK through alumni contacts
• to further improve the positive public image of SAMK 

SAMK is in constant contact with working life also through alumni. The public image of a university is based upon how well it can fulfil its obligations in teaching, research and local development. Starting up and supporting new enterprises are also among the top priorities of SAMK. The wider the awareness of SAMK operations, the more important the public and social image is to our university.
